Caroline is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who is passionate about supporting people through the process of removing barriers to personal growth. For the past six years, Caroline has provided individual therapy, group therapy, and meal support at eating disorder treatment facilities in both Texas and Oklahoma. She has experience working with all ages and levels of care. Caroline received her Masters of Science in Counseling and Human Development from Texas Woman's University.
Guided by an existential orientation, Caroline is eager to help people find meaning in their suffering. She believes that as people explore their personal values and life themes, they can make choices that align with their authentic self and live a purposeful life.
Caroline works collaboratively with clients to identify positive coping skills that help manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, disordered eating, and more. She uses an eclectic approach with foundations in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. With compassion, curiosity, and acceptance, Caroline is eager to understand and connect with the unique human experience of each individual.
